The MFPC is governed by it¡¯s Constitution as approved by the Registrar of Societies.

MPFC shall be headed by a President, a Deputy President, Three Vice President will oversee the External Relations, Membership and Publicity and Research and Publication respectively, a Secretary, a Treasurer and eleven committee members.

There will be an Examination Board, Ethics and Compliance Board and Certification and Continuing Professional Development Board.
