Neither MFPC, its Council or any of its Boards or Committees nor its staff shall be liable for any damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including without limitation, full legal costs and solicitor-client costs), expenses, claims and proceedings arising out of or in connection with any transactions entered between the companies listed below and MFPC members
