INTRODUCTION
The Financial Train-The-Trainer Programme exposes participants to knowledge, skills and rightful attitude in making their financial training programme a success. The applied framework provides an explicit overview to any member who is aspired to progress their career path as a trainer of the financial planning segment. During the training sessions, participants are required to generate new ideas and strategies. The participants will improve their teaching and training skills.

OBJECTIVES
- Explain and illustrate the fundamental of Wealth and Financial Planning through the six steps of Financial Planning.
- Identify the importance and concept of Cash Flow Management, Debt Management, Insurance, Investment, Estate Planning and Retirement
- Identify participant’s learning objectives and learning styles for adult training approaches
- Enhance teaching skills and improve learning outcome
- To be able to design training programme and lesson plan according to the needs
